Rainbow sleep support

This package provides families with the opportunity to have in depth analysis and discussion on their sleep struggles and sleep goals, resulting in a clear actionable plan that is unique to your child. This will be followed by ongoing support from me on email whilst you implement plan.

How it works:

  • I will ask you to complete a 5 day sleep diary and sleep questionnaire which will be sent to you as soon as your purchase the service. This will allow me to analyse your sleep situation in depth and get a better understanding about the issues you are facing.

  • We will arrange a 60 minute call on Zoom, or on the telephone, allowing us to chat through everything in detail including your sleep situation and your goals. We will work towards a plan together which fits around what works for you and your family.

  • I will then send you a detailed sleep plan within 48 hours, unique to your child, which you can begin to implement right away. The plan will cover everything we discussed and agreed upon on our call.

  • You will then have x5 check in emails which you can can send to me to provide updates, ask questions about your plan and troubleshoot any issues that you have. Emails must be used within 2 months from when I send you your sleep plan.

    Examples of the level of support required with this support package:

  • My 9 month old is waking every hour in the night and seems to be very upset. She is taking a long time to settle back down. We recently moved her to her own room which I don’t think she is taking that well to either. We are feeling very tired and would really appreciate some support with what is going on.

If you would like to purchase extra email support then this can be purchased via my ‘ask me on email’ services on the services page.
