FAQs
Do you practise any non responsive sleep strategies?
No, I don’t use any form of non responsive sleep strategies when supporting infant’s and their families with their sleep struggles. This includes, cry it out (CIO), controlled crying and the Ferber method.
Due to the nature of my work with making changes to your child’s sleep there may, at times, be occasions where your child gets upset (a perfectly natural way in protest to change!), but it is important to remember that crying is a form of communication . Through my approaches, children are supported through upset and change with responsiveness and reassurance.
I live outside of Bristol, can I still access your services?
Yes, absolutely! All of my services are online so you can book a service with me anywhere in the country or the world. I work with clients all over the UK and internationally. Consultations are either held on Zoom or on the telephone and all other communication and documentation will be sent via email. I don’t currently offer any 1-1 consultations or other support in person.
