A troubleshooting call to chat through smaller and more distinct sleep issues. This option is also suitable if you are just looking for some reassurance and a friendly ear with regards to your child’s sleep.

What you can expect with this support

  • 40 minute 1-1 chat with Hayley

  • Either on Zoom or on the telephone

  • A mini questionnaire in advance of our call for me to gather some background information on your child and situation

  • A follow up email with notes from our discussion

Examples of the types of things we could chat through with this level of support:

  • Bedtime is taking 2 hours every night with my 2 year old. Help! I’d love some tips on how we could reduce this time!

  • I am expecting my first child soon and have no idea about newborn sleep. Please can I use the call to talk through what I should be expecting and what I need to do!

  • My 3 year old no longer naps, but seems very tired throughout the day and dysregulated. We would love some support and tips with managing his dysregulation and reducing the amount of time he takes to fall asleep.

This is a one off call with no ongoing support.

Please note, this option should only be for smaller and more distinct sleep queries. I will not be able to analyse a sleep diary and therefore go into any level of detail regarding your child’s sleep specifically. If you sign up for a troubleshooting call, but decide you would then like to go on and purchase one of my core support services (crayon, rainbow and rocket), then I would be happy to deduct the 10% from the cost of that package.
