Welcome to The Nap Nook. I’m Hayley, a Certified Level 3 OCN Infant Sleep Consultant, currently in training to achieve a Level 6 OCN Holistic Sleep Coach Accreditation.
When you’re already feeling overwhelmed and under pressure from just general parenting the last thing you need is to feel the same about your child’s sleep. I have been there - exhausted, obsessed, confused and often distracted from trusting mine and my child’s expert lead.
I’m here to help you to cut through all the noise, providing you with honest sleep support that is based on biology and evidence.
If you and your family are finding your current situation with your child's sleep unsustainable, then we can work together to make truly gentle and responsive changes which will never ask you to compromise on anything that you don’t want to and will never ask you to leave your child alone to cry.

Crayon sleep support
Families looking for comprehensive sleep support in the form of a 1-1 consultation and a detailed sleep plan unique to your child. There is no ongoing support with this service.
Rainbow sleep support
Families looking for comprehensive and real time sleep support. Following a 1-1 consultation, you’ll receive a sleep plan that’s unique to your child as well as 2 weeks of WhatsApp communication whilst you implement your plan.
Rocket sleep support
Families looking for comprehensive and real time sleep support. Following a 1-1 consultation, you’ll receive a sleep plan that’s unique to your child as well as 3 weeks of WhatsApp communication whilst you implement your plan.
A 30 minute follow up call is also included in this package.
